Syracuse is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Syracuse is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

This is one of my favorite places to grab a quick bite. I love that they have both preset bowls on the menu as well as a laminated menu where I can mix and match my favorites and hand my picks to the cashier. The food is fresh and flavorful making it easy to grab something that ticks the boxes for both healthy and delicious. I love to get both the rice and greens as my base and build from there. The space is clean and bright with space to eat in if you are so inclined. Staff are typically friendly and on the ball.

Food was awesome. We got the chicken hibachi bowl with sesame and Teriyaki sauce. The chicken popcorn is also a must try! Great experience

Stopped by on our way back home, this is our second visit since we really liked the food. We made our own bowls and really enjoyed it. The chicken was freshly cooked and we had a wide variety of toppings to choose from. They had complimentary water pitchers and plastic cups on each table.

Ok, seriously! How cute is this little place!!! Busy, but clean and AMAZING food. Really fast too, didn't have to wait long despite the amount of people inside. Cashier was so kind, and seeing how it was my first time, she was VERY patient with me & answered all my Questions. Staff were all very professional and speedy! I must say, that Rainbow Salad was the best Crab I've had in Syracuse from a place like this!!!
